One of my FAVORITE Positive Psychology and Authentic Happiness surveys is the Values In Action (VIA) Signature Strengths Survery that measures 24 character strengths found across cultures, religions, business, psychology, etc.
For a limited time you can take the VIA Signature Strengths Survey for FREE, and receive results about your top five strengths. They say people who are truly satisfied in their careers and relationships, consistantly use their strengths in these realms!
Here's a beautiful concept for children and adults alike. They are called "Smile Cards"- random acts of kindness- there have been at least 350,000 smile cards shared around the world to date!
The smile cards were started by a non-profit group called Charity Focus, a silicon valley based group of professionals who decided to give back to the community.
